  1. When does the admissions process begin?
    Admissions typically open in May for the upcoming academic year. We recommend submitting your application as early as possible, as spaces maybe limited.

  2. What year/grade levels do you accept applications for?
    We accept applications for Early Years (preschool) through to Year 12, subject to availability of space.

  3. How do I apply?
    You can apply by completing our Application Form or by visiting our Admissions Office in person.

  4. Is there an application or assessment fee?
    Yes. there is and application fee. This is payable before or on the day of assessment at the campus. You may view the associated costs by clicking here.

  5. What documents are required for the application?

    Typically, we require:

    • A completed application form

    • Copies of recent school reports

    • A copy of the student’s birth certificate or passport

    • Passport-size photograph

    • Any reports on learning support or special needs [if applicable]

    • A completed Medical Assessment [Assessments can be conducted on campus at a cost of GHS 450]

  6. Is there an entrance assessment or interview?
    Yes. All applicants undergo an appropriate placement assessment for their grade level. Students applying to secondary [Year 7 – Year 8] will also go through an interview. An interview with the parent and/or child may also be part of the process, depending on the age group.

  7. Do you accept mid-year admissions?
    Yes, we accept mid-year admissions depending on space availability

  8. What curriculum does your school follow?
    We offer the Cambridge curriculum from Early Years to Year 10 and the IB program in Years 11 and 12, both designed to foster academic excellence, creativity, personal growth, and develop future global leaders.

  9. Are scholarships or financial aid available?
    Financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Admissions Office for more information.

  10. How long does the admissions process take?
    Once all required documents and the assessment are complete, decisions are usually communicated within 3–5 working days.

  11. Will my child automatically move on to the next level each year?
    Yes, child(ren) progression is based on academic readiness, behaviour and teacher recommendation.
